@Mike R brought this beauty to the heart of Eastern North Carolina and it was the perfect fit for a humid southern evening. Very bright and crisp, with a smidgen of green pippin apple. I think this is Cardinale’s maiden SB voyage and we were all smiles.

Crisp, apple, not over oaked and goes down like water. Great Sauvignon Blanc like the more restrained style if this one.
