Too much habanero on my pizza. No idea what the first two glasses tasted like. But two hours later, this is good. Violets and light spice on the nose. Soft integrated tannins. Cocoa, spices, licorice, anise, dried cherries.

Nov 12th, 2021Started meh, and took a good long time to open up, but after an hour and a half in the decanter it started to bloom. Violet and floral aromas, dried fruits, prunes, plums, cherries, leather, dried meats, and more. Rounded, super fine tannins, and a long finish. Really good.
