Light medium ruby , wide light garnet rim . Quite herbal with some dried sage and rosemary , meaty , bright cherry, white pepper , cedar hints . On the palate this is quite rustic , with slightly sharp cherry fruit , high acidity and slightly gritty tannins . Balanced alcohol . Quite direct and strict , needs food . Drink now and over the next few years
