California Cabernet Sauvignon

A very drinkable Cabernet Sauvignon from California.

Medium bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate and simple.

Showing black currants, cherries, blueberries, oak, spices, licorice, light vanilla, tobacco leaf and herbs.

Short finish with no tannins at all.

Not intrusive, but not for me either.

13% alcohol by volume.

Solid Cab

Cab Sauvignon supposedly. Tastes like fruit juice with vanilla. Avoid.

It is all fruit no complexity but a nice simple Pinot Grigio.
