Garnet color. Aromas of tobacco, spice, dried cherries, wet earth, and smoky notes. Med + body and tannins, round, with additional notes of cassis, marshmallow, and cherries. Med + finish. Definitely has room to improve with age. Lots of complexity!

족발과 페어링 첫입에 기름기가 부드럽게 잡히고 탄닌감과 묵직한 바디감이 인상적
시간이 지날수록 짙어지는 초콜릿향과 오크향이 코에 진하게 남는다

This 12 months oak aged 50% primitivo and 50% negroamaro is fantastic. Ruby red colour, complex bouquet, fruity with nfullotes of black fruits, vanilla, chocolate, plum, bodied, smooth and long end in mouth. The oak aged made it perfect and didn’t steal the grapes authenticity.
Worth to try and have some bottles in the cellars

Red fruits, mainly cherries, full bodied but quite sweet.

Extremely bold, extremely fruity with heavy mouth feel. Tad on the sweet side. Lacking a little elegance for my taste.
