Vintage 2018.
Pale yellow colour.
Strong green apple also a taste of citrus and honey.
I am really impressed how savoury this wine is.
Still really good on day 2, more mineral I would say.
Sicily produces some great white wine...Bravo.

Good but not great Etna bianco. 40% catarrotto and 60% carricante. Pale yellow. Medium- acid. Citrus, orange blossom and lime peel. Not much salinity or minerality.

Found this on the odd lot table. How lucky! Great minerality and acidity from two grapes I've not heard of previously: Carricante and Cararratto. You can taste Mt Etna!
