Golden amber color, medium body, smells of toffee, dried orange peel, walnut, dried apricot, dried fig, white balsamic and caramel, medium body and very smooth mouthfeel, smells like a very sweet wine but it is not, tastes between a manzanilla to oloroso sherry, very complex tasting profile, smooth long finish with an amaretto like bitter aftertaste and then a slight hint of sweetness similar to having a biscotti.
