Seguimos con los vinos italianos y sobre todo de Puglia región ubicada al sur de Italia, esta vez lo acompañamos con un plato muy peruano ají de gallina con arroz blanco, a pesar del ligero picor que ofrece nuestro ají amarillo, armoniza muy bien con las notas especiadas de la negroamaro, frutado, de un color rojo rubí, bien equilibrado, realza el plato, me gusto.

Superb wine. Lovely round in the palate. Full bodied with cigar and cherry. Delightful with salmon. Stands up to greasy food. Accompanied everything even the chocolate! Had the 2011 vintage.

Delightfully fruity & smooth textured. Plush berries and cherries with some leather & spice notes to keep it interesting. This is an insane value for the price.

Delicious. Round cherry with good structure. Great with pizza and dessert. #2gu
