Rich and smoky. Notes of tart raspberry, wild strawberry, apple, and lime. Pencil shaving and bit of soil at the finish. Light mouthfeel but this is a dense wine packed with flavor. Not an everyday rose. Pairing this chicken or pork should be lovely.
