Hi acid, medium tannins, light body. Not a wine to serve without food. Actually paired great with a strongly flavored smoked anchove pasta.

After an hour of air sweet tobacco and leather on dark fruit greet your nose, similar pattern on palate with bright acidity and firm sweet tannins at the end. Great structure.

Тонкий неяркий нос, нужен бургундский бокал. В бокале дикая вишня и косточковый тон. Хорошо сбалансированно с элегантным послевкусием. Немного дикое, какое и должно быть альянико.
