60% Pinot Nero and 40% Barbera from Piemonte, and the first blend of its kind that I’ve seen or tasted. Shows some umami and charcoal on the nose while the palate displays black cherries, raspberry, fennel, and oak spice. Would expect a bit more acidity but a cool wine nonetheless.

Tasted it at Salute wine bar
Smooth, sweet, floral
An intense ruby red color. Its aromatic profile is both fruity and floral, featuring small red fruits, jasmine, and gardenia. Tertiary aromas develop with bottle refinement. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine is harmonious and balanced, with notes of chocolate, black currant, and pepper, delivering a good persistence and a dry, crisp finish.
