Casalino Chianti Classico

Very nice medium bodied wine, very earthy. Not too keen on the smell but it has a nice light taste

first sip all i got was the oakiness - like i could TELL she was barreled for a while
the more i sipped, the more i enjoyed. it’s VERY complex, looks like fake blood (a deeeep red color that’s a bit clearer)
cherry notes (+ red currant?), dry, apparently smooth

Smell: strong hints of burnt wood and leather, with some prune. Does not do justice to the taste. Strong smell not enough taste.
Taste: very strong hints of raspberry with some hints of cherry. Very dry, though it is complimentary in the levels of acids and tannins.
Appearance: clear liquid with a medium-intense garnet color.

I like it but it’s not my favorite. Earthy and smooth but the flavors are confusing me a bit. Tastes like cherries but also kind of like leather.

Taste: very light body super dry, some acidity, not overly tart

Medium to full body, dry with little fruit, strong earthy flavors. A good Chianti for under $20

Tastes like a mild pinot. Sounds like a jersey used car lot.

Very acid, no fruit
