Dec 27th, 2018We had this one at a seaside place tucked beneath a cliff in Positano. So rich and opulent, it knocked our socks off against the gnocchi and risotto we each were enjoying. Poached plum and flint maybe? Not as chewy or sweet as an Amarone or late harvest, but fun and affordable.
