Nose is yeasty and fine with lemon peel and lemon flesh. Airy and mineral. Elegant with a fine mousse and nice fleshiness. Easy to go down and has good acidity.

Nose is very pretty. Mineral and lemony. Very elegant and refined. Palate is sapid and mineral with lime zest and lovely texture. Juicy and clean with a fine mousse. Not bad. Lacks a little oomph.

Dead ringer for high quality champagne. What a nose. Lemon, lime, bread, yeast, herbal as well. Gorgeous and complex nose. Gorgeous mousse and very mineral palate with tons of energy and tension. Complex, deep and terrific concentration and sap. Very long. Brilliant bottle.

Totally mineral. Some bubblegum, cherry and strawberry but comes off a bit soapy.

This was pretty muted the first day but by day 3 smelled and tasted like Peter Pan Donuts

Palate is very clean. Mineral. Citrus fruits. Very juicy. Well made. Almost like old pfalz Riesling with bubbles.
