Rustic! Lots of spicy macerated dark cherry. Spice, crushed rocky gravel, a little iodine. Dry and a little elbowy in the mouth, but I like it with food. Lots of savory notes.

Tangy red. Tannins are subdued with a bit of air. Think this would b nice with grilled sausages.

Sep 29th, 2019This one has an interesting earthy depth to it. Great acidity that will work with a lot of foods. A winning structure here. Kind of unique I think.
