Game 4 “Lasorda” rally pasta and Barolo. Obviously this didn’t work BUT the wine was great. Tannins are gone but this is no light weight. solid cherry flavors, heavier on the “tar” with strong saline tones.

Didn't love this. Some cherry but mostly just alcohol taste. It was young, but I needed a bottle to make Risotto al Barolo, and thus served that purpose. Should have decanted more gently and let it sit longer than 2 hours.
