Wow! I had very little expectation from this wine but... I was totally wrong: perfectly balanced with well controlled acidity and the right amount of fruit flavor.
Tasted in combination with roasted calamari and spicy cream mad of basil, pimenta de Neyde pepper and yogurt.

Petit souvenir de Sardaigne. Je l'avais consommé sur place et c'était presque le coup de foudre. Un vin blanc sec avec de fortes notes d'agrumes. Idéal avec des fruits de mer ou un poisson. J'adore
