On the nose, minerals, chalk ,and grapefruit.
Buttery on the palate with citrus, dry apricots and some bitterness.
Hot at the back of the throat at the finish.
Pair with fish or pork dishes.

Lovely nose: grilled almond, soft apple, sage, brambles, a touch of salty brine. On the palate: excellent acidity, loads of wet stone, lemon, soft mint and brine. Excellent density and a fantastic pairing with our bean stew.

Wonderful wine. 2018 vintage in 2020. Lovely crisp citrus taste with nice finish.Pared well with chicken and pasta dishes
