Oct 15th, 2021Nose has fresh roses, dry leather, dehydrated cherry, Himalayan salt, sliced strawberries and dried orange peel.
Palate has salty strawberry, drying cherry, dry red sandstone and ripe raspberry. Great acidity, lively and fresh; very nice Nebbiolo rosé!
We really embrace the Del Signore sparkling wines, great terroir, best when warming past cellar temperature.
Once again, I'm so pleased with the ultimate Alt-Champagne...Gattinara who would have thought? The Fass Selections boys are at it again!

Lovely nose, salty berry, roses, so so mineral. Minty freshness. Fennel, palate is so elegant, getting more concentrated with air and tangy rainer cherries. Good freshness and cut. So clean.
