2011 vintage. What a winner! Fantastically beautiful nose. Highly intense. Violets, clove, balsamic, truffle, freesia and perfume. Luxardo cherry and hint of vanilla added on the palate. Dusty tannins and elevated acid. Lingering finish.

Love the his wine! Look for the little man on the label. Enjoyable on its own as a glass or with pasta, steak, pesto, chicken - really anything. So yummy. Will enjoy a glass while watching the Oscars. Nebbiolo grapes - good expression of the piedmont wines.
