This must be the bridge between wine and beer. Cabernet Franc & Merlot grapes soaked in Bordeaux barrels filled with two to three year old Lambic. Limited available but unlimited delicious.

Probably the best beer in the world right here, 2011 version. Classic cantillon funk on the nose, delicious tart red fruit. Lambic aged with merlot grapes from Bordeaux. Going great with our hot pastrami sandwiches tonight, yum!
