Damn! Exceeded expectations! First and hopefully not last! Hints of Ted fruit, Brett and tremendous complexity and length

This must be the bridge between wine and beer. Cabernet Franc & Merlot grapes soaked in Bordeaux barrels filled with two to three year old Lambic. Limited available but unlimited delicious.

Unbelievable. First time. So complex, so funky, so smooth, so fruity, it’s almost chewable. Totally meets expectations. One of the best beers in the world. As it warms and evolves, the amount of fruit is bonkers. Berries, plums, apples, grapes, juniper. Wow!!! Bottled 12/06/21

So light in its feet with incredible berry aromatics and solid finish. Tried Out of burgundy glass and champagne flute...one of us preferred one glass vs the other the other, but certainly different experience.

2012. Classic Cantillon funk. Vinous, hay, damp cellar. Not as lactic as I expected, still holding on to tons of fruit. Smells for days. Excellent.
