Super Tuscan Blend (85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot) that is very pungent on the nose featuring black berry and black cherry, grilled herbs and spices. Ripe berry compote on the pallet with hints of dark chocolate, tobacco, saline, Minerals and oak. Dusty tannins. Alcohol is noticeable on the long finish.

Nice super Tuscan. Drank the 2011 vintage in 2020. Pared well with pasta dishes and steak. Smooth nice fruit. Because of the age it does need to breath for a while.

Color of shades of purple, mixed with ruby and brown tone, a bit cloudy. Nose is nice with concentrated dried strawberries, black cherry, leather, dark fruits, and ice wine like honey fragrance. Taste is also nice with refined tannins, subtle acidity, zest, vanilla, oak, dark fruits, and dressed with some more dark fruits. Aftertaste is savory with refined sweet and zesty note, and some more tannins. Peaking now. Enjoy now.
