Pale golden yellow color with plenty of active bubbles a very creamy mousse and with a red currant, baked cherry, raspberry and spice character. An elegant Champagne that had me thinking of pairing with mushroom, or seafood risotto. Me think good as an aperitif, but better with a variety of main courses! 70% PN/30% Meunier
