Well aged but wouldn’t cellar much longer. Perfect for the mushroom/onion reduction and a couple glasses for our steak. Dried leather, aged tobacco and cherries.

Cherry and oak on the nose. Extremely fruity and surprisingly present alcohol, or maybe that’s the spice... Dry-ish medium-long finish. Very good for $12
