Strong at first. Flavor develops as it aerates. Great pairing with pasta

Jul 7th, 2026Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of ripe red fruit, wet soil and smoky oak. Flavors of concentrated red and black cherries/raspberries, blackberries, baker’s chocolate and savory spices. Very earthy (slightly sour) medium finish. Not much of a mid-palate. Moderate acidity and medium tannins. Full bodied, bone dry and very rustic. Improved with aeration. Sub-$20 price point.
