Combe Aux Moines Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Not delivering much. Very tart.. Drank next day. Wow. Minerality great with acidity. Must decant or drink next day from opening!

2007 Burgundy, challenging vintage, but a well balanced wine. Love the funky nose. Better with a few hours.

Pretty nose. Score is based more on potential at this point. Big acidic hit with spice. Fruit is only slightly poking through today

Olive oil, celery on the nose. Light, but good acid. Decanted, but probably shouldn't have. Very mild cork detected by William, but not me.
