Popped yesterday, notes from 24 hrs open in fridge overnight. Ok, five years seems like an excellent length of time for this wine. On the nose: mushroomy Cameron funk, black raspberry, wild strawberry..definitely darker in style, a hint of sandalwood and asian spice, but so enveloping. On the palate: definitely ripe in style with blackberry, fantastic acidity and density..very soft tannin and a touch of mint on the finish. For my palate, this is bar none the best ~$20 btl of US PN there is...

On the nose: soft mushroomy funk, black cherry, wild strawberry, spice, soft leather. On the palate: fantastic acidity, wild strawberry, cinnamon spice, good density, very hi-toned, and soft, very finely-grained tannin on the finish. Yum.
