Initially very shy in the nose, when straight from the fridge. With air and warming up it offers nettle, poblano and chive aromas. Crisp, high acid style was a good foil to pasta with favas, bacon, evoo, mint and parmesean.

I enjoy judging the Garagiste wines. Sometimes great QPR, other times they fall way short. Oddly enough, this is accurately priced at 25 dollars. And it's from England. I couldn't be more surprised.

2014- High pitched, melon rind, grass. Has some character but if this is UK white wine, the French have little to worry about.
