Long sweet finish with lemons.
This is a great desert wine from France. A little too sweet with not enough acidity to fully balanced it, but still very enjoyable with mild complexity.
Good by itself as a dessert or with sweet desserts like lemon cake. I actually paired it with sweet popcorn, which was very nice together.

Honey and herbs on nose. Sweet core and hits of apple on palate. Tannins still there but complexity won't improve further in my opinion. Best served : 2017.

Classic Sauterne nose. The first sip is apricot and light fruit. The finish has good sweetness and acidity. Simple, but for the price a decent glass.
