2020/3/30-4/1. This starts off a bit rasiny on the nose - it’s labeled at 15% abv. The palate has some balancing acidity and is fairly dry, but I could do with less ripeness. I don’t remember this or Calabretta in general being so hefty, so maybe it’s the 2007 heat. The raisins also do calm down a bit on subsequent days, but I’d like to try the next vintage

樽感のある華やかでプラムのような甘い香りに少し熟成香。
濃度のある甘さに伸びやかでしみこむような酸。
タンニンは滑らかだが、アルコールは15%とかなり高く、ボリューム感有り。
ガイオガイオの軽やかな出汁感を想像していたが、このボリューム感は少し意外。もっと旨味系の方がよかったでけど、これはこれでなかなか良い。
