Very smooth, slight fruitiness. Takes some time to open up and transforms into an incredibly smooth agreeable Pinot Noir.

Raspberry jam right out of the bottle with hints of vanilla and cranberry finish. As it opens, a smokey bite starts to show on the finish. With smoked Gouda it adds pencil lead notes.
