This was well worth the wait! 2005 Benchland, decanted 2 hrs before we served, wonderful start, finish, and everything in between. Continued to smooth out over time. Excellent wine!

Very nice Cabernet. Fine tannins and long finish. Still nice fruit but sweet, some residual sugars for sure. RS may cover up some defaults but it is showing well. Would be an interesting comparison to Caymus but certainly not as sweet!
