Cairdean Vineyards
Syrah
This is high mountain Atlas Peak Syrah at its finest. Deep, smoky aromas with notes of blackberries, black cherries, plum and a touch of vanilla. On the palate the tannins have softened and it is a smooth, lush, rich wine. Flavors of black plum with notes of licorice and oak lead to nice acidity and a touch of spice. The finish is long, juicy with just a touch of pepper.
