Cain Five Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Like an extremely high quality left bank bdx in a ripe vintage. Lots of graphite pencil lead and sweet pipe tobacco with rich earthiness. Not lacking any black fruit either. This wine is showing well now but i bet its even better in 10 years.

A bit light. It's good but not as bold as I want my wine to be at this price. Great flavours and a passive minerality nonetheless.

From 375ml. Firm and gripping. Black berry and currant. Great acidity.

First time back to this property in years! Good wine as always.

Incredible Bordeaux style cab. Great nose, smooth and very drinkable. Love it!

Drinks like a ripe Bordeaux - cedar, dark fruits, some Napa dust, graphite, cocoa, and a slight hint of tobacco. Fine tannins, good structure and a long finish.

Amazing!!!

Mocha, tobacco, currant and clove with a tannic finish.
