Just another outstanding bottle! All the rest of these 2008's are safely in storage, this was our last in the home cellar. Future sampling 2028+.

Nose has effervescent limestone water, crusty sourdough bread, excessively zested lemon and lemon creme pie.
Palate has saline lemon juice, lemon slice peel, an amazing level of acidity but equally balanced; what a finish!
