Oct 2nd, 2024Lovely nose. Really brioche, mineral, tensile, yellow fruits, lemon curd, wow, floral, super aromatic, palate is so elegant and lemony. Beautiful finesse and there is power and concentration but it’s so dazzlingly pure and fresh. Like a cloud. Silk. Silk cloud. Amazing mousse that envelops the lemon citrus flavors that fan out on the finish. The acidity is beautiful and so perfectly balanced. Terrific length and really really persistent. Sappy, saline finish. One of my favorite champagnes.
