Yeasty and mineral nose with unreal depth and wispiness. Barely green apple. Palate is stunning and so pure. with such fine mousse and wonderful freshness, dry extract and length. Really just a gorgeous wine. Let’s see what air does.

stanky and yeasty, all minerals and yeasty, ocean air, airy smokey minerals, saline, iodine, so so smokey, so rich and energetic, gets into every nook and cranny of the palate, so so salty, brilliant, this is like puligny montrachet, iodine coming out now, such fine mousse and finesse, wow so so pure. perfect representation of chardonnay of the valle de marne. My score will go up with air. Now with air the nose is so saline and floral. Pink flowers. Palate is so sapid and elegant. Juicy and so ultra deep and clean. Wow. This is stunning.
