It's a pretty interesting blend. All of the different components blend well together with good body and acidity. Soft peach and melon qualities on the nose that carry onto the palate. It tastes like a real wine, made with care, even if it isn't mind blowing. If it was a tool album, it would probably be 10,00 days. 26% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Gewarztraminer, 20% Riesling, 14% Chardonnay, 11% Chenin Blanc, and 3% Malvasia Bianca

2011 Merkin Chupacabra Blanca from New Mexico. Floral aromas with peach skin, mandarin peel, honeysuckle, ginger spice, lush and round. Makes me think summer harvest in a glass. #wine#newmexico#chupacabra#caduceuscellars
