Blend of Cabernet and Sangiovese. a super tuscan from Greve. Bright acidity and rounded tannins but not in full balance. Too much heat on the wine for me. Both bright cherry and black currants. A nice pairing with our BBQ.

Yikes, my college graduation year: past the finish line but still some legs, even if they are little bitty legs. This must have been a pretty massive super tuscan, since its still drinkable 30 yrs later. Dark brick, grainy currants & a nice dusting of tannins. 70% sangiovese, 30% cabernet. Love the old school graphics. From the back label, "A new style of wine..." etc
