Full bodied and soft, with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with plums, sweet strawberries, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, tobacco, wood, licorice, leather, beef jerky, vanilla, light vegetables and coffee.
Medium plus on the finish with soft tannins, bitter vegetables and raspberries.
This is a good everyday red wine from California. Simple, balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Good right out of the bottle, and not one for long term aging, with a soft mouthfeel and not offensive. Good for parties too.

Beautifully aromatic. Nice fruit forward notes and full bodied. Very enjoyable. Pairing extremely well with pasta, salads and steak/lamb.
