This is crimson red fruit wine with a soft tannin presence. Hints of strawberry, raspberry, and mocha add to this blasting finish that leaves the drinker awe struck.

Used this to make Coq Au Vin.. In retrospect should have used a French wine but I suppose I chose this one because of the tribute to Juno, protector of fertility and marriage. Strong fruit flavours, rich, pleasant.
