2006 in 2017. Deep dense tones of raisin, fig, date. Very well preserved and subtle. Fruit is forward with alcohol protecting it. Has remained pleasantly light. Wonderful finesse on the tannins. Structured. Pleased to see this VQA deliver. No sediment after 11 years. Low acid. Great vintage.

Sweet nose of bright red berries. Finessed palate of plum with hints of pepper. Alcohol hides the delicate light tannins. Short smooth finish.

Red berries and cherries on the nose. Colour is light red. Fruit forward after the wine has opened for about an hour. Candied red fruit, particularly cherries. Needs another year or two in the cellar.

Strong and peppery. Much more typical of a Zinfandel than a Pinot Noir.

Full fruit absolutely a new world Syrah or perhaps it should be called Shiraz. Lovely Dark berries with a hint of blueberry and vanilla on the nose. Soft tannins but long thighs showing high alcohol content. One of the best Canadian rads (but over prized) not as spectacular as Blackwood lane form Okanagan.
