Mineral, briney, lemony tang to taste with some serious acid. Funky, leesy nose, that aldehyde character, with some dried orchid fruits in the mix too. Has so much interest. Killed it paired with oysters

Feb 13th, 2017Wow, a stunner of a Chardonnay. Jura ouille it is! A distinctive powerful nose of oily acidic Chard that smacks me out of pre dinner stupor and then roared across the palate into a complex biting finish. What a Chard. Only three bottles from GL for this vintage, also ‘09 ‘15, not sure how many left.
