Date night with Chris! Love this wine, smooth and silky. She said it was earthy and funky with citrus. It went well with the shishitos!

A terrific white from a producer in the Jura. Not sure I've ever had a wine from this varietal before, but it's very good. Reminds me a bit of the white I had earlier. Rich, reasonably full bodied but with plenty of acidity. This restaurant ("Dryck", right next to the Uppsala Central train station) is awesome!
