Part 1 of 3 from a tasting with Burgess Cellars.
-nose has a pleasant aroma. Lighter fruits...cherry heavy.
-fairly light for a merlot. Earthy. I'm a typical "cab lover merlot" person so this wasn't up my alley...but for what it's supposed to be, it was good.

Floral on the nose, very Tanic. Very harsh on the nose and throat hurts somewhat. Big Cab like wine, lacking flavour
