Apr 23rd, 2017A special treat. Maybe I've been naive all this time, but I didn't realize Italy was capable of bubbles of this caliber. So hard not to compare this to Champagne. Could have fooled me on the nose, but lacks that frothy or bright finish of Champagne- this finishes tart and extremely dry. Delightful.

Mar 27th, 20162007. clean starbright core with mesium minus rim variations. lot of yeasty, bread notes, slight hint of yellow apple on nose. bone dry, med plus acid, need salumi or fat for this wine.
