Apinost Gamay

2013 - Crisp fresh fruit, violets,, and a little rhubarb, an excellent balance of carbonic exuberance and seriousness.

Fun burger wine - dark fruit & dark earth but in a plush, approachable way!

Stemmy fennel herbal crunchy red fruit earth and funky Gamay. With a little bit of Pinot thrown in for good measure. Alive and compelling.

Pretty good with fried 🐓

I want to try this again. It followed two pretty incredible wine so maybe it was the order. A lot of hype around this producer and I didn't get it this time. Was very good, just lacked the "special special special" I was told.

Again with this wine. So singular in its expression of Gamay. Enchanted.
