Bruma
Ocho Plan B Tinto Red Blend
Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico
Very impressive winery with a beautiful tour through their cellars and wine making ops. As much as their presentation is amazing I found their wines to be average. This blend is nice but nothing to write home about. They seem more excited about their whites.

Oct 1st, 2021A little flat, dull but then again we had it with a robust filet. Albeit a nice dry tannic structure. Opened up nicely in its own, bringing out some subtle fruitiness.
