Black pepper, garrigue, dry prune on a silky palate. Very nice.

Fruit, flat, no mouthfeel

Disappointing. Very sweet fruit dominated. Was more baked California than N. Rhône.

There are some exceptional wines out there that are a steal when it comes to price. This is definitely one of them.

If you're ready to branch out from Cabs, then give this bottle a try. You will be very pleasantly surprised.

We had the 2012. Smooth, earthy and a light wine. Could have been opened a little earlier because it missed some acidity.
