Blend of Grenache and Syrah. Medium garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of red and black fruit, lavender and garrigue. Muted flavors of red and black cherries and currants, black licorice, black pepper and fresh herbs. Medium length finish. Lighter bodied (like a Pinot Noir) than I expected and extremely soft tannins. Honestly tasted a bit watery and flat. Thanks for the taste, Chris B!
